I build systems that fix what’s broken.
The ones that hurt people most get my full attention.
I spent 15 years inside the financial system learning exactly how it breaks people.
Not from the outside looking in. From the operations floor. Loss mitigation at JPMorgan Chase during the 2008 crisis. Military and consumer lending at MidCountry Bank. High volume, high stakes, heavily regulated environments where the margin for error is someone’s home, someone’s credit, someone’s financial future.
That experience built something in me that code never taught me, a non negotiable standard for how financial products and services should treat people.
I brought that standard into every team I built. Proven track record of developing leaders and building bench strength. Three consecutive years ranked number one across three major production sites. A culture where people grew, not burned out.
The real vision is mortgage lending. For the people banks turn away. Not predatory products with impossible terms, actual pathways to ownership for people the traditional system wrote off. Blockchain verified. Transparent. Autonomous. Fair.
Illusive Motor Concepts is how we prove it works. Auto loans on Base today, peer to peer, fully autonomous, compliance architecture built for regulated lending from the ground up. When that model is proven, we scale it to the product that actually changes generational wealth.
The banks say no. We’re building the system that says yes.
This isn’t crypto stuff. It’s the exit ramp. Built the right way. For the people who deserve better.
If you’re building something that matters, in fintech, Web3, AI, or anywhere the old system is failing people, I want to hear about it.
I’m not looking for a box to fit in. I’m looking for the problem worth solving. Operator. Builder. Architect. The labels don’t matter. What matters is whether you need someone who has been inside the broken system long enough to know exactly how to replace it.
